St. Joseph's Healthcare Foundation is pleased to support the continuing education of staff members at St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton as it is truly the compassionate care you provide to patients every day that enables us to successfully secure the generous support of our community. We are happy to support staff with the St. Joseph's Healthcare Staff Education Grants.

TD Grants in Medical Excellence Education Fund

TD Bank Financial Group is committed to investing in the future by helping to ensure that regulated healthcare professionals have access to funds to upgrade their skills or further their education. As a result, TD Bank Financial Group has established the TD Grants in Medical Excellence, which will provide funding for educational courses that contribute to the professional development of regulated healthcare funding for post-doctoral fellowships at university research hospitals.

Payday Payouts Lottery

You can win BIG by playing St. Joseph’s Healthcare Foundation’s Payday Payouts 50/50 lottery!
A new lottery season begins in April, with more tickets available than ever before.

If you're a new staff member at St. Joe’s or if you’ve been waiting to play Payday Payouts, now is your chance. 
Click here to download the enrollment form, then return it to Liz Marck in the Payroll Department.

Tickets are (as always!) $3 per ticket per pay period with a maximum of six tickets per player. Your ticket amount will be automatically deducted from your paycheque, which will ensure your chance to win the bi-weekly draw which averages about $6,000!

50% of all ticket revenue creates the prize amount, while the other 50% supports the Hospital's greatest needs … so everybody wins! Tickets tend to sell out quickly, so sign-up early to guarantee your chance to win the Payday Payouts Lottery!

Please note:
Players already enrolled in the lottery will automatically receive new tickets, unless you inform the Payroll Department that you would like to opt out. Players already enrolled can order more tickets, up to a maximum of six tickets per player.

As of April 12, 2013, and due to new lottery procedures, the Payday Payouts draws will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Payday Fridays (instead of Thursdays) in the lobby of St. Joseph’s Healthcare Foundation located at 224 James Street South, at the corner of James Street & Charlton Avenue.

All ticket holders are invited to the lobby of the Foundation to witness the draw.
