Purse Bingo

The ever-popular Purse Bingo fashionable fundraiser returns on February 8, 2025! Maria Dorego – a steadfast supporter of St. Joe’s – will once again be hosting this charitable event that combines bingo dabbers with designer handbags. Get your tickets today and join us for a Galentine's night out in support of the Mental Health and Addictions Program at St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton.

Community event

A Run for Chris

On Sunday, August 18th, 2024, over 400 participants and more than 14 sponsors came together for the third edition of A Run for Chris! The event honours the memory of Chris Owens, who touched the lives and hearts of so many in his community. This year, through sponsorships, registration fees and generous donations, more than $41,500 was raised in support of mental health and addiction care at St. Joe’s Youth Wellness Centre (YWC).

Wayback Lunch & Benefit

Saverina Scozzari is hosting her second annual fundraiser on Sunday, September 28 at the Carmen's Event Centre featuring DJ Danny D and Tony Monaco from Z103.5 FM. Event proceeds will support the Kidney Transplant Clinic at St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton, the Hospital where Saverina received her life-saving kidney transplant in January 2023. Her goal is to improve existing resources and mental health supports for transplant patients.

Guitar Strings & Kidney Things

A concert for a cause. A gig that gives back. On October 25, 2024 Guitar Strings & Kidney Things hosted their annual benefit concert and auction featuring indie legends Lowest of the Low at Bridgeworks Hamilton. It was a night of great music for an even greater purpose, as the event raised an amazing $17,500 for kidney care at St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton.
