Payday Payouts Application
Payday Payouts is a staff-only 50/50 lottery that takes place every pay period. Half of the proceeds will go towards supporting our Hospital and the other half will go to the winning ticket holder. The current take home prize is over $13,000!
Rules & Guidelines
- Each draw date, a winning ticket number is drawn using an AGCO approved RNG Electronic Raffle System.
- Tickets are $3 each and staff can purchase a maximum of 10 tickets per pay period.
- Current players can update the number of tickets they would like to purchase by selecting the total amount they would like withdrawn from their pay.
- For example: If you currently have 3 tickets and would like to add 1 more, please request 4 tickets when submitting the form.
- If you would like to cancel your enrollment into Payday Payouts, please contact Jean Starlight Caber at jcaber@stjosham.on.ca
- Ticket numbers will be emailed to eligible participants once their employee ID number and deduction amount has been approved by payroll.
- Lottery ticket purchases are not eligible for charitable tax receipts.
