Come, bring your friends and have fun raising pledges for St. Joe’s!  

Open to Jab Counter members and non-members alike, everyone will be challenged to raise a minimum of $25 in pledges and complete three x 2 minute rounds on the heavy bag and/or 500 punches for charity. In return, you will receive a refillable water bottle and a souvenir pair of hand wraps! 

Don’t worry if you’ve never tried boxing before! We will have experts on hand to support you and are convinced you will love this fun, athletic activity! The work out will take about 25-30 minutes per person and include a warm up, bag workout and wind down.
