St. Joe’s Nurse Wins $114,949 with Split the Pot Lottery

Our most recent Split the Pot winner, Garima, is a registered nurse at the St. Joe’s West 5th Campus. Having only been working at the Hospital since November of last year, and missing the February Split the Pot campaign, this was Garima’s first time supporting a St. Joe’s Foundation initiative – and it really paid off!

“When I saw the June Split the Pot campaign being promoted, I purchased a modest ticket package ($50 for 50 tickets) to support the hospital,” Garima shared. Taking home $114, 949, Garima is still in shock and unsure of how to spend her winnings, although a summer vacation back home to India has crossed her mind.

Want to get in on the action? Split the Pot has an exciting giveaway running until this coming Monday, July 8. Enter the Giveaway for FREE and get a chance to win $5,000 or one of five $1,000 prizes.

If a St. Joe’s participant wins, the Hospital receives a matching prize to go towards caring for our patients. The more entries there are, the greater the chance the Hospital benefits too!

Don’t miss out, sign up for the Split the Pot giveaway and support our Hospital here!

The Split the Pot Lottery is a partnership of over 50 Ontario Hospitals across the province that have come together to support healthcare excellence. With a combined jackpot and more lucky winners, Split the Pot is an exciting way to make a positive impact on the Ontario healthcare system. Donna was one of three St. Joe’s supporters to take home a prize through St. Joe’s first foray into the Split the Pot Lottery.

The next Split the Pot Lottery will take place this August, stay tuned!

The Split the Pot Lottery is a joint venture of participating Ontario health care foundations under licence #RAF1365458 issued by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario. The winning tickets were drawn using an automated, randomized number generation system provided and operated by Ascend Fundraising Solutions and included all verified ticket purchases made before the grand prize deadline.
