Support St. Joe’s While Grabbing a Cup of Joe!
For the month of September, our friends at House of Java are kindly hosting one of our Foundation’s tiptap devices to help raise funds for our Hospital!
Tap to give all month long at House of Java (200 James St. S.) to help renew our Labour & Delivery Rooms and expand our Neonatal Special Care Nursery to give babies and families the best start possible.
We’ve been helping to deliver newborns at our Hospital for more than a century, but right now our Labour and Delivery Rooms and our Neonatal Special Care Nursery need a little TLC. They’re aging units that no longer reflect the state-of-the-art care our team provides and lack the modern amenities that can make the birthing experience more comfortable for new parents and their families.
Did you know that House of Java has been located on James Street for over 50 years, and that the coffee shop is believed to have started in 1917 in Toronto before relocating to Hamilton in 1930? This local gem offers great coffee, fresh roasted nuts, candies, gift baskets, and much more.
If you’d like to host one of our tiptap devices at your business, send an email to joey@stjoesfoundation.ca. There is no cost to host the machine and proceeds directly support our Hospital in the heart of Hamilton.
